You could download first Audials 2019 version from our website, test it with some limitations. Since the latest Windows update, our developers no longer support the older versions of Audials, please see our article from here so, we as support team would kindly ask you, if you want to continue using our products, to upgrade to the latest version of Audials v2019 in order to use it properly. Unfortunately, the problem here in your case with older Audials versions than Audials 2018 is not the server or streaming service for which our developers could provide further updates, but the Audials client version that's too old for the new Windows update which has been released lately.
